For the smooth operation of a cylinder filling plant some supplementary equipment is required besides one or several filling scales for optimizing safety, employment of staff and economic efficiency.


Check Scales:

The application purpose of the check scale WER100 ex is the check weighing of the filled propane/butane gas cylinders.

- Possible versions:
  > Electronic check scale WER 100 ex for manual 100%-check of filled weights with the option
      for automatic selection of correctly filled gas cylinders
  > Electronic check scale WER 100 ex for fully automatic 100%-check of filled weights with the option
      for automatic selection of correctly filled gas cylinders


Tightness Testing Units:

The application purpose of the tightness testing unit is the 100%-testing of tightness of the cylinder valves in valve opening and in screwed thread.

- Possible versions:
  > Type MED for manual testing
  > Type AED for automatic testing and automatic selection of leaky cylinders
  > Type AED2 for fully automatic testing of several cylinders simultaneously and for automatic
     selection of leaky cylinders


Semiautomatic Shrinking Machines:

Shrinking caps are put over the cylinder valve and hot air of 90-95°C is blown on the shrinking caps. The shrinking caps shrink and thus enclose the valve firmly. The valve may only be opened after having fractured the shrinking cap. This method is a preferential safety function and protection measure for the transport of gas cylinders from manufacturer respectively bottler to end user as guarantee for quality and completely of gas cylinder.

  > Type MS for manual sealing of gas cylinder valves by means of dry heated air
  > Type AS for automatic sealing of gas cylinder valves by means of dry heated air


Evacuation Racks:

Evacuation units for automatic and safe emptying of leaky gas cylinders and return of the residual gas into storage tank.

- Possible versions:
  > Type E1Ka for evacuation of 1 cylinder
  > Type E2Ka for simultaneous evacuation of 2 cylinders
  > Type E3Ka for simultaneous evacuation of 3 cylinders
  > Type E4Ka for simultaneous evacuation of 4 cylinders
  > Type E5Ka for simultaneous evacuation of 5 cylinders


Cylinder Washing System:

The cylinder washing machine for automatic washing of dirty gas cylinders enables a quick and economic extension of an automatic cylinder filling plant.

- Possible version:
  > Type AS Cylinder washing system


Wireless Data Collection:

For collection and data processing of all relevant data of filling processes. The data collection software represents a meaningful investment as to recording and traceability of data in connection with the internal data store of individual Ninnelt scales.

  > Type NLT data collection software
