FAS NZ SERIES
Application: Pumps for LPG Terminals

Centrifugal pumps NZ series for inflow operation
Pump unit type FAS NZ complete with Ex motor, particularly suitable for LPG Terminals.
Centrifugal pumps are characterized by a very high degree of efficiency, which is particularly significant in applications with higher flow rates, in which the motor can be selected 1-2 power levels lower.
Horizontal, priming centrifugal pump in articulated casing design with open impeller, in conjunction with guide vanes for optimal handling liquids with gas contents (outgassing media). Including a single-acting mechanical seal and an upstream NPSH pre-stage in the combined system to achieve low holding pressure levels.
Direction of rotation to the left as seen from the drive to the pump, suction nozzle horizontal, pressure nozzle vertical upwards. Flange connection according to DIN EN 1092-1, pump housing made of spheroidal graphite iron GGG 40.3 / EN-GJS-400-18.
Pump unit, consisting of:
- Pump with three-phase Ex motor 400/690 V, 50 Hz
- Explosion protection marking: Ex II 2G Ex e II T1-3 Gb, speed: 3000 min
- Completely built on a steel base plate, assembled ready for connection, primed and painted
- Further motor options are possible on request
- Documentation: EU declaration of conformity in accordance with the Machinery Directive and ATEX Directive
